Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 24Charge mobile application and services (the "Service") operated by 24CHARGE CO., LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

24Charge provides a power bank sharing service that allows users to rent portable charging devices from our network of stations. Users can pick up a power bank from any station and return it to any station within our network.

3. User Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Register for an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Rental Terms and Fees

4.1 Rental Fees

• Hourly rate: 20 THB per hour
• Daily rate: 80 THB per day (4-24 hours)
• Partial hours are rounded up and charged as full hours
• Maximum rental period: 6 days

4.2 Deposit

• A deposit of 480 THB is required for each rental
• The deposit is held as a temporary authorization on your payment method
• If the power bank is returned within 6 days, only the rental fee is charged and the deposit hold is released
• If not returned within 6 days, the full deposit will be charged

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed automatically upon return of the power bank. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed in the app.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the power bank only for its intended purpose
• Handle the power bank with reasonable care
• Return the power bank to any 24Charge station within 6 days
• Not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the power bank
• Not use the power bank for any illegal purposes
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately
• Not transfer or sublease the power bank to others

6. Damage and Loss

You are responsible for the power bank from the time of rental until it is successfully returned to a station.

• Minor wear from normal use is acceptable
• You may be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Lost or stolen power banks will result in the full deposit being charged
• Intentional damage may result in additional charges and account suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Availability of power banks at all stations at all times
• Availability of empty slots for returns at all stations
• Uninterrupted access to the app or service
• Specific battery levels of available power banks

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for damage to your devices from using our power banks
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for any data loss on your devices

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on power banks

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to return power banks repeatedly
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Abuse our customer service or staff

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to 24Charge are owned by 24CHARGE CO., LTD. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our app or website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
