1How can I find a 24Charge station?
You can search for all nearby stations showing available units for rental, and empty slots for return from the map inside the 24Charge app.
2How do I rent a power bank?
Open the 24Charge app or browser page then scan the QR code on any 24Charge station to start your rental.
3How do I return a power bank?
You can return it to any 24Charge station. Simply insert the power bank into an empty slot and the system will display a comprehensive rental summary.
4What is the rental fee?
The rental fee is 20 THB per hour and 80 THB per day (4–24 hours). Any fraction of an hour is rounded up and charged as a full hour. If the rental period exceeds 6 days, it will be considered as "unreturned" and the deposit of 480 THB will be charged in full.
5Why is there a deposit of 480 THB?
The deposit protects against lost or unreturned power banks. If you return the power bank within 6 days, only the rental fee will be charged and the deposit will be released. If you do not return the power bank within 6 days, the deposit will be fully deducted.
6How does the deposit work with card payments?
A temporary hold of 480 THB is placed on your card at the start of the rental. If the power bank is returned within 6 days, the hold is automatically released. If the rental exceeds 6 days, the hold becomes a final charge.
7Are charging cables included?
Yes, each power bank includes built-in Micro USB, Lightning, and USB-C connectors. You can charge one device at a time.
8What is the battery capacity?
Each power bank has the capacity of 8,000 mAh. If the battery becomes low, you may recharge the power bank yourself at any time.
9What happens if my rental period exceeds one day?
If your rental goes beyond 24 hours, an additional daily fee of 80 THB per day will be charged. The rental may continue for up to 6 days. If the rental exceeds 6 days, the deposit of 480 THB will be fully deducted.
